
Gabriel Robinson spent his youth training at the HB Studio in Greenwich Village under Trudy Steibl and Jim Boerlin, while attending he was award the Alan M. Bluestone Scholarship at the age of 16, allwoing him to continue his studies of the Uta Hagen exercises through high school. In 2018, Gabriel began studying the Meisner Technique at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre under Gary Kingston in the First Year, and John Tyrell in the Second Year; q completing his studies and graduating in May of 2020.
Gabriel made his professional debut as high school student, Jesse, in Start Down, a play written by Eleanor Burgess for the Women’s Playwright Series at Centenary University in Hackettstown, NJ. Some of his most fulfilling work has included portraying Creon in Oedipus Rex, Barry in The Boys Next Door with Patricia Flynn at St. Benedict’s Preparatory School; Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream under the direction of Sean Hagerty and in Jury Duty, an original musical by Doug Cohen, both of whom were his instructors at the Playhouse.
